Pound cake

As requested by Najia:-

Pound cake








Ingredients:-

220gm superfine flour (preferably bluekey brand)
220gm castor sugar
220gm butter
4 big eggs (6 if they're small)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp susu pekat

Topping:-
choc bar
2 pots - 1 is bigger than the other
water
How to?
1) Set the heat for your oven for about 15 mins.
2) Mix butter + sugar together in the mixing bowl. Mix until fluffy. Yeah, use your mixer :)
3) Mix flour + baking powder together. Sieve to light. Put aside.
4) Then when the butter mixture is fluffy enough (i.e u can't see d sugar nymore), + eggs one by one.
5) Mix again until the mixture kembang.
6) + flour and susu pekat alternately.
7) Lastly, pour in the vanilla essence.
8) Line your baking pan with some butter and pour the mixture in.
9) Bake your cake for about 30mins in both upper and lower heat at temperature level 4.
10) Check whether your cake is fully bake by poking it with some lidi sate.haha..if it didn't stick to the stick, your cake is done! :) if not, let it bake for about 5mins more ;)



Topping:-
1) Use the double boiler style.
2) Fill in the small pot with some water and heat it on your stove. Put the bigger pot on top of the small pot. (tips: don't let the steam/water from the small pot to get into the big pot or else your choc will b frozen)
3)then, chuck ur choc inside the bigger pot on top, wait for it to melt. done!!
4)Spread the choc on ur cake and let it cool in the fridge for a few minutes :)

Mushroom soup + ayam goreng tepung hunny! :)

Mushroom Soup
Bahan2nye: -

a few shallots -hiris
a few garlics - hiris
2cm ginger -hiris
2 cubes of chicken stock (depends on how big ur pot is)
1 carrot - cut to dice
2 potatoes - cut to small
200gm oyster mushroom (depends on u)
1 liter of water (depends on ur pot's size)
some oil



the bawangs2 ngn vege. oh i ptong 8 je potatoes tuh.
malas nk cut into dice. hancur potato i.haha

Okay, bahan laen boleh imagine sndri kan? if not text me.haha ;p



how to?
1) Put some oil into the pot n fry the all hirisan until yellow.
2) Pour some water (according to how much you want) into the pot.
3) Let it boil for a while, then + the carrot and potatoes. Boil to cook.
4) + the chicken stock. let boil for a while.
5) Lastly when the carrot and potatoes da empuk, u can put ur mushroom in.
6) U can add more vege if u would like to. no harm.
7) Ready to serve! :)


Ayam goreng tepung hunny!

Ingredients:-
chickens!! - cut as big/small as u like. (i prefer it big so that makan sorg seketul ckup. haha ;p)
some corn flour
some plain flour
some multi-purpose flour
some salt
2 eggs
some oil to fry

how to?
1)
Wash the chickens n toss it. Put aside.
2) Stirr the eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
3) Mix all the flour + salt in a different bowl.
4) Put your wok on the stove and heat some oil in it.
5)) Take ur chicken, dip it into the stirred eggs, then roll them onto the flour.
6) When the oil is hot enough, toss ( i mean put it gently ;p) ur chicken into the wok n fry untill golden yellow.
7) Repeat with other chickens.
8) Done! :)


Result?

ta daa~~ haha..lawak gel. senang je kot nk masak nieh. tp xpe, sje je nk post jgak coz da lme x men masak2. ;p




oh, kelihatan ayam sdikit hangus d ctu kerana msk
kedua2 lauk serentak. so kurang perhatian sdikit.lol.

Gulai ikan keli
bahan2:-
some catfishes (up to u how many. i use 6 kot hr tu coz my famly is big) - cut into 2 or 3 pieces
some shallots+garlics+ginger = blend together
7 shallots - hiris
5 garlics- hiris
1 table spoon halba campur
1 cucumber- cut into thick, long shape
3 tgkai daun kari
1 table spoon tamarind paste
5 table spoon of fish curry powder
1 table spoon of chilly powder
coconut milk -1 bji ckup ;p
some oil
some salt


how to?
1) Mix the fish curry powder + chilly powder together with some water in a bowl. Put aside.
2) Put 1 pot on the stove and heat some oil in it.
3) Then fry the blended bawangs until yellow.
4) + daun kari and halba cmpur.
5) Stir for a while.
6) + the curry powder paste into the pot.
7) Let it cooked until 'pecah minyak' (guna api perlahan. usually it will takes around 10 mins or more ;p)
8) Next, bila da pecah minyak, + the cucumber in. stirr it for a while.
9) Then, + some water and bawangs yg dihiris into the pot, stirr it, and let boil.
10) + tamarind paste and catfishes.
11) Let it cooked. Don't stirr to much or u will destroy ur fishes (haha!! ;p)
12) Add some salt to taste n ready to serve! :)

Ikan Bawal Sweet Sour

Bahan2:-
2 ekor ikan bawal yg besar dikerat
sos cili
sos tomato
sdikit air
bwg besar
bwg putih

Cara2:-

1) basuh ikan bawal bersih2 dgn asam jawa+gram
2)Lumur ikan dgn sikit kunyit+garam n goreng. kalo nk lg sdap, leh celup ikan dlm telur, then celup dlm tpung jgung +tpung skit.lg rangup.hehe..
3) then goreng la ikan tu smpai kekuningan/ masak.
4) then dlm pan laen, tumis bwg besar + bwg putih.
5)then masuk la sket sos cili, sos tomato, n sdikit air untuk bg die berkuah...kalo ade sos plum leh masuk gk sket kasi die msam2 :)
6) Then kacau2 smpai mendidih, masuk ikan..
7)Then masukkan bwg besar yg dihiris bulat bersama sdikit daun bwg untuk hiasan..
8) angkat + siap! :)

bawal sweet sour



Sayur Betik Masak Lemak Udang
Bahan2:-
1 bj betik muda
1 bj santan kelapa
sdikit udang kering
6 ulas bwg merah
sdikit udang
sdkit garam
gula
1 serai dititik

Cara2:-
1)Blender skali udang kering+ bwg merah
2)Betik muda tu potong tebal2 mcm smlam :)
3)Then tumis bwg merah+udng kering td dlm periuk
4)Bile agak2 da kuning tu, masuk serai,kacau2
5) Then masuk santan, kacau2 smpai mendidih
6)Next masukkan betik + udang. Tmbah gram/ gula scukup rasa.masak smpai empuk.
7) Siap! :)


ni la center of papaya yg i ckp cm star tu! ;D

makan2! :)

Hehe..da lame x maen masak2 kan? Hari ini kite masak recipe yg simple2 je okeh! :D
(pst..// 1st time saye tau betik sebenarnye mempunyai tengah yg berbentuk STAR!! yes! star! cun gila. x caya try amek betik, belah tengah bukan belah panjang.Epal pon sama.hehe...)

Sayur Air Betik Muda

1/2 buah betik muda
1/2 s.t. black pepper
2 s.b. udang kering
2 gelas air
belacan
6 ulas bwg merah
1 s.b. gula

Cara2:-
1) Potong betik muda tebal2 (bg x hancur ble masak & sng nk telan ;) )
2)Then udang kering+bwg merah+ lada hitam+belacan tumbuk smpai lumat.
3) Then tumis dlm periuk n tambah air.
4) Then masukkan betik + gula. tnggu mendidih, siap! :)

nk makan ngn ape syur ni? ikut la nk saing ngn ape pon.Tadi sye goreng ikan kering ngn telur dadar je.ahahah..bkn malas, da mak nk makan cmtu..masak je la kan~ ;p

ding dong

wuu...kne mara lgi sbb lmbat masak.. :( isk..isk..actually i didn't know that im supposed to cook for today's lunch. My mom didn't tell me anything so as usual im assuming that she will be cooking today. So after breakfast, i just locked myself in my room surfing the net until i heard my mom grumbling n shouting outside (u kno how a teacher scolds right? with their high pitch voice etc2..haha ;p ) my mom was nagging why i haven't cooked anything yet (it's already 1.30pm) and i was like..what? Xtau pon im supposed to masak today? lgpon i xtau my mom was not home just now. baru blk skola kot. hu ;( 5 mins of nagging wif me still inside my room..(ye..kerana sye x bole n xske kene mara nnti sye nanges, so to avoid dat sye tggu smpai my mom ok skit).

Then kua blek, tpakse mendengar marahan seterusnye..sye tpakse bsabar wlpon sye rse itu bkn slah sye tak memasak lgi kerana tak tahu..at the corner of my eyes da genang2 air, tp tahan2, buat2 tgk tv..haha..sye x ske menanges depan org, x kesah la family ke sape ke =p...seperti biase, ayah sye slalu back up sye..mse jalan kat dpur smpt lg die bisik "tula, spe suh balik, kan da kene wat kje".hehe..he's kidding of coz sje nk buat sye gelak ;p

akhirnye siap la 2 dishes yg simple..xtau la rase ape sbb sye msak x suke merasa hanya mengagak.okay kot rsenye mgkn x jge sbb emosi tganggu sbentar ketika memasak.haha..sorry guys, bukan niat sye nak membebel atau mengkomplen pasal family/ situasi d rumah, tp inikan blog sye, so sye hanye meluahkan ape yg sye rse...haha..enough said la.jom masak.

Ayam Masak Sos Tiram
Bahan-bahan:-
Ayam dipotong kecil (kuantiti ikut suke rase)
6 ulas bwg putih (mayang halus)
1 bsr ibu jari halia (mayang halus)
1/3 btg carrot (potong bulat nipis2)
1sd kecik tpung jagung (bncuh dgn skit air)
sdikit lada sulah
sdikit sos tiram
sdikit kicap cair
sdikit myk masak utk menumis
sdikit daun bwg daun sup utk hiasan

Cara2:-
1) Panaskan mnyak masak, tumis bwg putih +halia.
2) Setelah bwg kuning, masukkan ketulan2 ayam tadi, + sdikit air + tutup periuk itu. Tunggu sehingga ayam empuk.
3) Setelah air hampir kering, + lada sulah + kicap cair+ sdkit sos tiram. Kacau2 dan boleh tmbah sdikit air lgi.
4) Masukkan carrot. tutup periuk biar sehingga carrot empuk.
5) Apabila carrot telah empuk, + 1 tea spoon tpung jgung (yg telah dbncuh ngn air) dan kacau2 smpai sebati. Kalau nk pekat boleh letak byk skit tpung jgg ye.
6) Tunggu sehingga ayam masak, tutup api, dan taburkan daun bwg daun sup sbgai hiasan.siap! :)

maaf, gmbarnya tiada kerana x sempat nk ambil my dad sudah tggu d meja makan.huahuhaua ;p

Sayur Campur
Bahan2:-
brocolli (potong kecil2 supaye mudah ditelan)
cauliflower (sama sperti di atas)
carrot(potong bulat nipis)
5 ketul udang
sdikit sos tiram
bwg putih + bwg merah (potong halus)
sdikit mnyk masak

Cara2:-
1) Tumis bwg mrah + bwg putih
2) Masukkan udang dan kacau2
3) masukkan carrot +sdikit air. biar empuk
4) masukkan cauliflower.kacau2
5)MAsukkan brocolli & +sdikit sos tiram da kacau2 smpai sebati
6) Siap utk dimakan. haha..snang banget.boleh je ubah ikut cita rsa sndri.tmbh ikan bilis ke ape ke.ok.

Daging Masak Mamak & Kacang panjang lenggang

Hey girls! Jom men masak2 jum! hihi...hari ni kte akan masak 'Daging Masak Mamak' bersama 'Kacang Panjang Lenggang' ye kawan2..o yes, mmg sye sje kasi nme kacng pnjng lenggang tu smate2 skadar suke2, xde kene mengena dgn yg idup maupun yg telah mninggal dunia..hehe...so ni recipenye..

Daging Masak Mamak
500gm daging
300gm bwg merah dimayang (kre2 dlm 2 genggam tgn sye la.kalo tgn kmu besa, krgkan skit.hihi)
2sb cili boh
2sb myk sapi
1bj bwg besar
sdikit bunge lawang, kulit kayu manis,n buah pelaga (4 sekawan tuh)
2sb kicap cair
5tgkai daun kari
gram, gula, serbuk prasa

Cara2nya:-
1) Perap daging + kicap cair for about 1 hour.
2) Panaskan myk + tumis bwg merah until kekuningan, then angkat n set aside.
3) Then panasakn skit minyak + tumis 4 sekwan tu.ble da naek bau tu, masukkan daun kari ye kawan2. igt, daun je, jgn p masuk ngn tgkai2 skali.tcekik kang nk makan ;p
4) Pastu masukkan cili boh + tumis smpai garing..
5) Then masukkan daging perap td bersama sdikit air..(nk bg dgging empuk kan..nnti liat plak).Pastu bia la dgg tu empuk..dlm mse 30 mins gak la..tips kalo nk dgg cpt empuk slain gne pressure cooker is msukkan kce ke seramik? dlm priuk yg msk dgg tu..insyallah cpt empuk..cm kt umah ni ktorg gne ade sudu kace yg gune utk mkn eskrem tu..kecik je..so ltak je dlm priuk bsame dgg tu..hehe..x pecah pon sudu tu..heho..
6) pastu ble dgg tu da empuk,leh la masukkan bwg merah+ bwg besar+ garam+gula dll...
7) siap! hihi..kalo nk hias ngn cili belah 4 tu pon bole..sdap2! heehe


so tadaa! ini hasilnye..hihi..sorry la mmg gelap skit sesuai dgn namenye ;p tp sdap woo..pastu kalo deco ltak cili belah 4 tu cun la..tp x smpat hr tu.so ini pon jd la..hehe


Kacang Panjang Lenggang
1 bj bwg merah
4 ulas bwg putih
1 ikat kcg pnjang
1 bj telur
sdikit serbuk kunyit
sdikit lada sulah
sdikit garam

Cara2:-
1) Tumis bwg mrh + bwg putih. Mak sye ckp bwg putih bek utk kesihatan.so leh ltak byk2.hehe..
2) Then, masukkan lada sulah..goreng kejap then masukkan kcg pnjng...goreng lagi.
3) pastu agak2 da lmbut skit, masukkan telur + gram+ sdikit serbuk kunyit. kacau2 smpai telur hncur...
4) goreng lagi smpai rse2 da masak..
5) siap! Senang je kan..hehe..


tada! hihi..wlpon simple, tp syur ni is 1 of my favourite.sye leh abeskan sepinggan ni sorg.hehe
