talking about teachers..

Police at the scene where a girl was found strung up by the neck from a tree in Sg Choh

this pic was taken from here.

OMG..what is happening nowadays? There are crimes and suicides happening everywhere, everytime...Children, teenagers, even d old ones were d victims of the cruelness in this world...Where's the loving and nice citizens that we brag we are? Where's the unity that we claimed we have? Where's d sympathy and helping hands when they are most needed? And the most important thing, WHERE ARE WE when all of these cases happened??

We might not able to be there at the scene to help them physically, but there are many ways in which we can help them right? What's the meaning of wasting your tears for a couple of minutes and then go out and behave like nothing has happened? When do we help them? And how are we helping them if we behave like that? It's like we're having d sympathy for them for 1 minute and lost them a minute afterward. Maybe this is happening becoz we're becoming more individualistic, more selfish, and more materialistic..yes, everything dat ends with the '-tic' stuffs are not good right? haha. Laugh at yourself for succeeded in becoming one.

Honestly, I'm proud to say that im going to be a teacher (insyallah next year) as i would have my chance to mold my students to be productive and useful citizens. At least i've found my way to help curbing all these social problems and crimes. What about u? hoho..don't look down on a teaching profession darls~ i know many of us look down to this profession as they love to compare the salary of a teacher with other professions such as doctors, engineers, etc2..but hey, what's with the money compared to what you can do? Read this,

If a doctor mistreats his patient, only a patient will die..
If an engineer/architect makes mistakes, only a building will collapse..
But if a teacher makes mistake, the whole generation will suffer..

Isn't true? See how important a teacher is? haha..But it's sad to read that there are also many cases where teachers are so negligence and irresponsible of the profession that they are wearing. They did all sorts of things which have welcome (-ve) comments about teachers..change people perceptions about teachers..and becoz of these irresponsible fellas, we also get the blames. duh. haha,,anyhow, it's not easy to become a teacher tau. bukan bole simply masuk klas and tell students, "ok murid2, turn to page ... and do this exercise". haha..if u're a lame teacher maybe u can do dat. but sorry, i wont do dat unless in desperation. Teaching is our job and our 'amanah', so we have to do it as good as we can or not we'll be question later on in Akhirat. Sape nk jawb? bole kamu tlg jwb? hu..T_T Lagipun best ape jd teacher coz we can actually be anything we wanted in the classroom. Teacher is d classroom manager, classroom actors, supervisor, counselor, helper, parents, and many more in the classroom. Furthermore, we can shape our students to be anything we like! (i mean d (+ve) ones lah.haha) furthermore, (eceh..nk tmbah lg tu ;p)our clients are HEALTHY people not the sick ones.hahaha! ;p

So, i'm proud to say that i'm grateful to be a teacher. LEh jmpe bdak2, manusia sbenar, not machines, have a chance to help people and teach people, and change a person! Isn't wonderful? hehe.. :)

10 reasons to smile :)

Thanks to KB for this wonderful medicine! :)

1. Smiling makes us attractive

We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away ,but a smile draws them in.

2.Smiling changes our mood

Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling is Contagious

When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress

Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.

5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System

Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. revent the flu and colds by smiling.

6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure

When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home.
Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?

7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin

Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger

The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day!you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful

Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive

Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

Read your letter(s) early!!

This is what happened when u're so oblivious of your surroundings and i meant ME!! How come i be so egoistic and ignorance that i refuse to take a look at letterS from my Lloyds bank in England assuming that they are merely my account statements? How foolish i am! And i get to know this when my mom called me from IPGM BA to tell me that there's another letter coming from the Bank. So, this really is getting on my nerves now. 3 letters in a month? From the same bank? So tmorrow i quickly went home and READ all my letters......There u go. I have AN OVERDRAFT! How did this happen?? And then d statement shows that it because of my Greendog telephone bills account. IT automatically deduct at least 7pounds a month from my bank account. But hey! I've told them i wanted to terminate d contract with them since like last december 2008?? WTH is happening? And 7 pounds is NOT the reason why i'm fuming up. it's the OVERDRAFT FINE which i have to pay the bank that fumes me up!! Can u imagine, just because the 7pounds overdraft, now i have to pay like 70pounds for the bank overdarft fine?? because the fine is like 6pounds per day since i commit the overdraft. and that was on the 23rd february 2009? and now is like 23march 2009? And that's include the 15pounds monthly overdraft fine which i have to pay. YEah yeah, i know, it's because of my own mistake for not having READ the letters EARLIEr....AAaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

So, i've wrote an email to greendog to clarify my greendog bills, called d bank to ask about my overdraft thingy...and when d greendog company hasn't reply my e-mail (i really hate it when people ignore my request! if there's anything, do tell me at least? we're living in techno world anyway).huh. yes, so i wrote another another email to the greendog company since i failed to reach them through phone cAlls. And u cam imagine how do i sound in the 2nd e-mail. haha..don't try my patience darl~ i have my limit too ;p Then only i got a reply...finally! and they said that they're sorry and they will refund the money into my account's what happen. and with the bank? yes, i still have to pay the fines. I didnt actually tell them what's exactly happened because i know d problem roots from my own mistakes and ignorance as well. Well, they've tried to remind me by sending letters (which i've ignored right?) that teach me well. isk..Burn dwet i 70 pounds ;(

you are okay right?

OMG. I've just a had a rili2 bad dream last nite. Dreamt of 1 of my old frens from mrsm(name can't b revealed)died! and it's so tragic how she died! She went to Pekan, Pahang for holiday/i don't know why, but then i've just heard the news about her death from my another mrsm fren! D fren told me that they are going to visit her grave later that afternoon. SO i was like what? when did it happened? So they told me. When she was in Pekan, Pahang, there was an 'amuk' eh org panggil by lanun or something i dun rmember.ho. And 3 got killed in that incident, including her. Their bodies were cut into pieces and sailed on a small wooden boat. So that's how their bodies were found.
Scarrrryyyyy kan?????? AAA.aaaaaaaa..........i tros bangung n text my dear fren to ask how's d girl now. OMG. im really hope none of this turn out to b true!! =(

But i heard somewhere that if we dreamt of someone died, that means that someone gonna live it true? well, ajal maut d tangn tuhan kan. Anyway, maybe above is d lesson for me to wake up EARLY nest time n not to have overslept! not telling u how long i slept last nite ;p

dari kerana mata~

After a long time I haven't watched 'black & white' tv soaps, just now i've just had a chance to do so.haha..The title? I dunno what xp forgive me ;p Actually i enjoy watching 'black & white' soaps a.k.a cerita2 zaman P.Ramlee coz i enjoy the language and their acting (altho sometimes quite over skit ;p) haha..The language that they use is so beautiful what's icing up with the melodious songs they sing and poetical language~ wohaa i just love it! haha...But to actually watched d soaps nowadays, sometimes it's a bit funny especially when we're not using that certain language anymore. example? here..

Mariam: Oh, makcik! Budi pekerti makcik sangat menarik hati ini! (saying with full emotions:) )

Makcik: Oh. Bukan main lagi luka ini. (while she's examining a cut on an injured man's forehead)

Pakcik: Bangsat-bangsat itu tidak boleh dibiarkan terlepas! (yep, quite harsh d language used kan? ;p) i think d dialogues above themselves are self-explanatory why i can stay up alone at 1am just to watch d soaps kan? hehe ;p

MANILA, Philippines - A 10-year-old girl was decapitated by a crocodile in a Philippine lake after the creature knocked over her canoe, police said Wednesday.

The girl and a classmate were on their way Saturday to their floating school on Agusan del Sur province's Mihaba Lake when the 23-foot- (7-meter-) long crocodile bumped the boat, causing it to capsize, said Bunawan town police officer Melchor Danuco.

Rescuers found the girl's headless body floating on the lake on Tuesday, he said.

The classmate was rescued by a man escorting the pair in another boat, said Roel Hipulan, head of the private group that runs the school in remote Bunawan town.

"It's a monster crocodile," Hipulan said, adding that he had seen the creature. He said salt water crocodiles, some bigger than a bus, are known to inhabit the lake, though attacks are rare.

But the lake's waters have been swollen for the past several months, causing fish to scatter to others parts. With little to feed on, the crocodiles have become aggressive, he said.

The crocodile attack has prompted the temporary closure of the school and the evacuation of about 100 residents of houses on stilts on the lake, Hipulan added.
